Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SuNodes (the “Service”), which is operated by Tavri, Inc., a Wyoming corporation (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them, and they form an agreement between you and Tavri, Inc.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Your content
You own the content you upload and the websites you create. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you publish, including logos, images and text.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to publish unlawful content; infringe others’ intellectual property; distribute malware; conduct phishing, fraud or impersonation; send spam; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other systems. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these rules. To report abuse on a site we host, use our report form or email abuse@sunodes.com.
AI-generated content
AI features produce suggestions that may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review everything before publishing; you are responsible for the content on your site. When you use your own AI key, your use of that provider is also governed by its terms.
Your own AI key. Work run on your own key is billed to you by your AI provider, not by us. Before each job we show an estimate of what it may cost, based on the price per token you give us or the provider’s published list price; it is an estimate, and your provider’s bill is what counts. You can set a spending limit per job: we stop a job once its measured cost reaches the limit, checked between requests, so a job can exceed it by up to one request. Your provider’s charges are between you and your provider. Using the builder on your own key has a platform fee in credits for full site builds after a number of free builds, shown before you start; edits on your own key have no fee.
Images
Images on your site come from you, from third-party stock providers, or are generated by AI. Stock photos are used under their provider’s licence: photos from Unsplash under the Unsplash License, loaded from Unsplash and credited to the photographer; keep the credit that appears on your site. Where a stock photo requires a paid licence, it is shown as a watermarked preview until you choose to license it, at the price shown before you pay, or replace it; a site with an unlicensed preview can’t be published. Stock photos show generic subjects and must not be presented as your own premises, people, products or work. Generated artwork is created for your site; like other AI output, review it before publishing. You are responsible for how images are used on your site.
Domains
We resell domain registration services. Domains you buy through the Service are registered in your name, as the registrant, through Namecheap, Inc., an ICANN-accredited registrar, which is the sponsoring registrar for those domains.
- Registration agreement. Each registration is also governed by the Namecheap Registration Agreement and the policies of the relevant registry and of ICANN, which you agree to when you buy a domain.
- Your rights. ICANN’s Registrant Benefits and Responsibilities and registrant educational information describe your rights and obligations as a domain holder.
- Accurate contact details. You must provide and keep accurate registrant contact information. Registrars are required to verify it and may suspend a domain whose details are false or unresponsive. WHOIS privacy is included where the registry allows it.
- Price. The price of a domain is the registrar’s price plus a flat fee of $3 per year, shown before you pay. Registration is only complete once confirmed by the registrar; if a paid registration cannot be completed, we refund the payment.
- Renewal. Domains renew annually. You are responsible for keeping them renewed; an expired domain may enter the registry’s redemption period and incur additional fees, or be lost.
- Transfers. You may transfer your domain to another registrar at any time from your dashboard, subject to ICANN’s Transfer Policy, including the 60-day lock after registration or a change of registrant. We provide the transfer authorization code within five days of your request.
- Disputes. Domain name disputes are handled under ICANN’s Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy and any applicable registry policies.
Payments
Hosting on your site’s free sunodes.com subdomain is free. A published site served on your own domain has a hosting fee, monthly or annual as you choose, at the price shown in the app, starting six months after you create your account. Each fee is charged in advance for the next period: first from any account balance you have from earlier purchases, and if that isn’t enough, from the card you saved with us for the difference. If a fee can’t be collected, the site keeps working on its free subdomain, and its custom domain is suspended after 7 days until the fee is paid; we don’t delete sites for non-payment. Removing the custom domain or unpublishing the site stops its fee; time already paid is not refunded but is kept if you use a custom domain again. Prices are shown before purchase. A domain paid for from your account balance that fails to register is refunded to that balance. Except where required by law or stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
AI credits. AI work is priced per job in AI credits, and the price is shown before the job starts. Credits are prepaid, have no cash value and are non-transferable. They pay for AI work, the platform fee for builds on your own AI key, and paid stock photo licences; they don’t pay for domains or hosting. If a job fails, the credits reserved for it are returned. Some work is free the first time, and some purchases (such as a domain or a hosting payment) come with bonus credits; free and bonus credits are promotional, may expire if we say so when they’re granted, and are not refunded. Credits you buy don’t expire while your account is open.
Availability
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tavri, Inc. and SuNodes are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Once your account has made any purchase (a domain, hosting or AI credits), you can download your sites as .zip files before you go. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, published sites are taken offline; domains you own remain yours and can be transferred.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you before they take effect. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
