2. SuNodes is pre-launch

This website describes a product that is still being developed. Demonstrations, designs, examples, anticipated features, pricing statements, launch timing, and availability may change before release. Joining the launch list does not guarantee access, a launch date, a particular feature, or a particular price.

Tavri Inc. may modify, pause, or discontinue the website or pre-launch program at any time.

3. Launch-list communications

When you submit your email address, you ask Tavri Inc. to contact you about the SuNodes launch. You can withdraw that request at any time by emailing info@tavri.com.

You are responsible for providing an email address you are authorized to use and for keeping it accurate.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to bypass the website’s security or rate limits;
• submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information;

If you voluntarily send ideas or feedback about SuNodes, you allow Tavri Inc. to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to improve and develop its products and services. This does not give Tavri Inc. ownership of your confidential business information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Tavri Inc. for claims arising from or related to this pre-launch website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the website and SuNodes develop. The revised Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. General terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect. Tavri Inc.’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without Tavri Inc.’s written consent. Tavri Inc. may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of its business.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Tavri Inc. concerning this pre-launch website.
