1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies when you visit this website, join the SuNodes launch list, or contact Tavri Inc. about SuNodes. It does not govern third-party websites or services that may be linked from this site.

When SuNodes launches, its managed model-routing option will process prompts and related requests through infrastructure operated by Tavri Inc. Self-hosted and local-model configurations will keep those requests on the customer's systems. A product privacy policy will be provided before launch.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Email address. We collect the address you enter and store it in a private server-side launch list.
• Company name. If you choose to provide it.
• Your description. If you tell us what you would build first, we store that with your request.
• Messages and contact details. If you email us, we receive the information included in your message.
• Form context. We record which launch form you used so we can understand where an inquiry came from.

Information processed automatically

When a launch form is submitted, the website temporarily processes the submitting network address to limit repeated requests and prevent abuse. The current site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• send the SuNodes launch update you requested;
• respond to questions and enterprise inquiries;
• operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
• prevent spam, fraud, and misuse; and
• comply with applicable law and protect our legal rights.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose limited information in these circumstances:

• Service providers. Providers that support website hosting, infrastructure, and email delivery may process information only to provide those services to us.
• Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, prevent harm, or protect rights and security.
• Business changes. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of Tavri Inc., subject to appropriate protections.

5. How long we keep information

We keep launch-list and correspondence information in our server-side records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including sending the requested update, responding to you, maintaining appropriate business records, and meeting legal obligations.

Network addresses used by the website’s rate limiter are normally held in server memory for a short anti-abuse window. They are not used by the site to build advertising profiles.

6. Your choices and privacy requests

You can ask us not to send the launch update, or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your email address, by contacting info@tavri.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Depending on where you live, local law may provide additional privacy rights. Tavri Inc. will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.

Browser privacy signals

Because this pre-launch site does not currently track visitors across third-party websites, changing a browser “Do Not Track” setting does not change the site’s behavior.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for business owners and business users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the website and SuNodes develop. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through another reasonable method.
